Job summary

Monolith Construction seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance on diverse commercial projects. The role requires organizing resources, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality and documentation.

The candidate will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and uphold OSHA standards while leveraging ProCore and MS Office tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Ground Up project experience required.
• High School/GED or college degree.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; background/drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate schedule with subs, vendors, and PM.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC and adherence to plans and specs.
• Maintain project documentation and As Built records.
• Proficiency with ProCore, Outlook, Word and Excel.
