Job summary

EASTERN COMMERCIAL is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to align with contract documents and client expectations.

Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA standards, managing schedules, maintaining Procore documentation, and mentoring field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7–15 years of field experience on commercial projects valued at $25M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, overseeing all field activities, subcontractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain jobsite safety protocols; enforce all OSHA, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage schedule execution and updates; take ownership of short-term and long-range planning.
• Coordinate inspections, manage quality control, and enforce contract document compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsite environments at all times.
• Supervise and mentor field staff and Field Engineers.
• Serve as the primary field liaison to Owners, A/E teams, inspectors, and users.
• Provide daily coordination between trades to avoid conflicts and improve workflow.
• Lead the project through punch list, closeout, and turnover, ensuring thorough documentation.
