Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior field supervisor to lead a team on the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, Texas. You will direct craft professionals, coordinate schedules, and ensure work aligns with project budgets and timelines.

You will oversee subcontract activities, interpret engineering documents, and ensure safety and quality standards across a large-scale energy infrastructure site.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft supervision on the project site and coordinate subcontract work activities.
• Schedule and allocate work to craft teams to meet plans and budgets.
• Monitor tools, materials, and equipment to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed and design changes are integrated as required.
• Collaborate with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Subcontractors to interpret engineering documents.
