Job summary

Bechtel is leading the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX, seeking a seasoned leader to supervise superintendents and craft professionals. You will direct schedules, coordinate subcontract work, and ensure the work aligns with BEchtel standards and project plans.

Role requires deep LNG/industrial construction expertise, strong safety leadership, and the ability to manage cost and schedule while guiding field teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required with substantial relevant experience.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years in heavy industrial construction.
• Experience on LNG construction sites along the U.S. Gulf Coast preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, ES&H policies, and Bechtel core processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on the project.
• Direct work schedules and coordinate subcontract activities.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment are available and compliant with plans.
• Uphold design, safety, quality, and budget requirements.
