Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Senior Superintendent for the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX to lead craft teams, coordinate field activities, and ensure adherence to design, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will supervise up to 50 craft personnel, plan workforce needs, manage materials, and coordinate subcontractors with a strong focus on Bechtel's ES&H standards and project procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on LNG construction site along the U.S. Gulf Coast is preferred.
• Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft professionals on the project.
• Schedule and review work accomplished by each craft.
• Coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
