Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Project Superintendent in Brownsville, TX to lead a multi-craft team on the Rio Grande LNG project. You will supervise superintendents and craft professionals, coordinate subcontractor work, and ensure adherence to design documents, schedules, and Bechtel standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with extensive LNG construction experience, strong safety discipline, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on LNG construction site, especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
• Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience appropriate to the work.
• Knowledge of Bechtel’s safety philosophy and ES&H procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities, schedule work and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, policies, schedules and budgets.
