Brawner Builders is seeking a Construction Superintendent for commercial buildings to lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site. The role requires strong leadership, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial building projects and enclosure components.
• Ability to read drawings, contracts, shop drawings, and engineering requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage field teams.
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Google Docs and Viewpoint software.
• Spanish knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field production and quality control to meet schedule and specs.
• Inspect materials for correct size, style and condition before installation.
• Document material deliveries, progress, delays, ticket work and daily reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and customer expectations on timelines and scope.
• Attend startup, foremen and weekly progress meetings.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Close out installations with customer walkthroughs and warranty review.
