Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction management education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent; 8 years preferred.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for efficient operations.
• Conduct site inspections, document progress, and address corrective actions quickly.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, safety discussions, and coordination sessions.
• Manage inspections and liaise with local authorities for compliance and approvals.
• Track labor productivity and material deliveries to maintain schedules.
• Identify and resolve field issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Promote safety protocols and quality workmanship throughout projects.
