Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent/Manager to lead field supervision on major projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with craft, subcontractors, and the construction team.

The role emphasizes disciplined planning, mentorship, and compliance with contractual and company standards. Ideal candidates bring 11+ years of supervisory experience, OSHA 10, a relevant degree, and a strong track record in industrial construction.

Qualifications

11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
Valid Driver's License.
OSHA 10 certification.
Construction Management or Engineering degree required.

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety, quality, schedule and performance standards on site.
Coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure adherence by site supervision and craft.
Monitor CPM schedule and progress, reporting on completion of activities.
Lead foremen and subcontractors, manage daily/weekly planning sessions.
Develop 3 Week Look Ahead schedules and corrective plans where needed.
Ensure compliance with contract commitments and company policies.
