Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Construction Management degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with and monitoring direct hire supervision and major subcontractor supervision on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and performance as defined by Black & Veatch and project requirements.
• Develop and monitor Look Ahead schedules and ensure craft and subcontractors meet milestones.
• Mentor and train discipline superintendents and ensure effective communication across teams.
