Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Superintendent to oversee administrative and technical management at project sites. Responsibilities include managing all on-site activities, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating schedules, and supervising subcontractors. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in construction management and at least 5 years of experience. Certifications in OSHA are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. This is a full-time position based in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction field or related field.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• CSL preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project assigned.
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed as per plans.
• Manage project budget requirements and assist with developing budgets.
• Coordinate all required labor, equipment, and materials for operations.
