You will ensure quality, manage trades, and drive productivity in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes safety as part of AP’s IIF culture, with a focus on site-specific quality plans and active problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with construction management software including Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, value engineering and lifecycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and safety in IIF culture.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, trade contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and productivity.
• Ensure quality plans are implemented and inspections completed.
