Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking a Site Safety Leader for a large vertical construction project in the Brooking, SD area. You will manage AP’s safety program onsite and champion the IIF philosophy, providing trainings and communicating safety issues to the project team.

The role may oversee a regional safety program or be dedicated to designated projects, with travel and climate considerations as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong construction site safety program experience.
• Ability to translate standards into site practices.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying climates.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
• Collaborate to implement and maintain the project site safety program.
• Manage the safety program on an assigned project per org requirements.
