Job summary

NV2A Group, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities in Miami, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to keep the project master schedule on track. The role requires thorough plan interpretation, safety leadership, and strong communication with PMs, inspectors, and clients.

You will manage daily logs, QA/QC, and project testing, review subcontractor scopes, and ensure proper close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 3+ years of experience as a construction superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and site safety per master schedule.
• Maintain QA/QC and progress reporting with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Review subcontractor scope and manage daily logs.
