Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the construction program according to Suffolk's procedures, including safety, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team (Plans, Specs, RFIs, Bulletins, Field Reports).
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions; verify subcontractor layouts for line and grade.
• Administer the Quality Management Program and track deficiencies to final resolution.
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure compliance with Contract Documents.
• Document daily construction activities using reports, photos, and other tools; support weekly meetings with clients.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans, schedules, and logistics plans.
• Assist in permitting, testing, and inspections for project completion and acceptance.
• Support Suffolk Safety Program and lead by example in safety practices.
• Supervise and mentor Field Engineers; communicate clear safety expectations to teams.
