Job summary

NV2A Group, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee all site activities on a Data Center construction project in Miami. You will manage trade and field personnel, coordinate construction activities, and ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and safety expertise, with travel to multiple jobsites as needed. A data center background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years as a construction superintendent; 15+ years if no degree.
• 5+ years on Data Center projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise sub-contractors and field staff and coordinate construction activities.
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure proper documentation and inspections.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct reports; manage performance.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
