Job summary

NV2A Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Miami to lead scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and safety on major projects. You will ensure adherence to plans, specs, codes, and the Master Schedule, while mentoring crews and aligning with project teams.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with scheduling tools. Travel across the US may be required, with MasTec’s resources backing you for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.
• Strong scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Superior communication and organization skills when managing subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA Certification and knowledge of safety standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates.
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore) and As-Built drawings for final submittal.
• Manage site layout, benchmarks and QA/QC with project team.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE regarding progress, performance and reporting.
• Maintain master schedule, 3-week look ahead and update schedule.
