Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional construction experience in lieu of degree.
• 5-10 years of construction-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise McGough field staff and subcontractors on active projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with CPM and Last Planner practices.
• Manage budgets, labor, materials, and equipment; coordinate with PM.
• Lead preconstruction planning, risk management, and site logistics.
• Foster safety culture through orientations and meetings.
• Coordinate QA/QC and LEED documentation when applicable.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Support project closeout with punch lists and training.
