Job summary

Hut8 is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to own the master schedule for complex, industrial data center projects. You will build and defend the plan in Primavera P6, translating architectural and electrical drawings into a realistic timeline.

You will spot slippage, run what-if analyses, and coordinate with owners, GCs, and leadership to recover when needed. The role emphasizes ownership and first-principles thinking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Fluency with CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point schedule quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience integrating long-lead equipment procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies into a master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule end-to-end in Primavera P6 (WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical path).
• Defend schedule logic and float; run DCMA 14-point health checks and defend the plan to owners, GCs, and leadership.
• Translate drawings and dependencies into a schedule that reflects how the project will be built.
• Spot slippage before it becomes a problem, run what-if scenarios, and build the recovery plan.
