BMWC Constructors is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our project controls team. You will lead interactive planning sessions, develop detailed work-flow plans, and integrate them into robust schedules for large-scale industrial projects.

Role requires Primavera P6 expertise, MS Office proficiency, and strong attention to detail. You will work with client teams, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project baselines and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls and scheduling for multi-site construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite required.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning sessions to develop work-flow plans, schedules and labor plans.
• Integrate planning information into the schedule and verify alignment with client expectations.
• Update schedules with progress and monitor milestones; flag deviations to the team.
• Prepare and maintain craft loading plans, percent complete, and key commodity curves.
• Analyze resource loading and craft productivity for schedule impact.
• Conduct routine site walks for progress updating and monitoring.
• Manage interfaces between client, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and owners.
