Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Scheduling certifications (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) are a plus.
• Proficient use of scheduling software (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6).
• Experience using scheduling comparison tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Large construction project experience (>$100M).
• Experience in construction positions (engineer, superintendent, or related).
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work to develop project schedules.
• Knowledge of estimates to develop project schedules.
• Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction project schedules with stakeholders and team.
• Monitor progress against defined schedule and conduct CPM-based analysis.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction to prepare detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with VDC Engineer to align schedules and models.
• Maintain project schedule dashboards and update with cadence.
• Lead last planner and pull plan reviews and time-impact analyses.
• Provide guidance to end-users to improve scheduling proficiency.
• Prepare schedules aligned with project objectives and participate in kick-off meetings.
• Review monthly progress and participate in ORM-based schedule reviews.
• Support BD and Marketing teams with pursuit schedules.
