Job summary

Gray Construction in Lexington is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team. • Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of turnkey food and beverage projects.
• Experience with MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation across design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple projects.
• Maintain, update and issue schedules regularly throughout project life cycles.
• Monitor schedule trends and alert management to potential impacts.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
