Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects, from conceptual planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and project objectives.
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable project plans and drive execution from design through completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and execution plans, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Direct pre-construction activities including programming, feasibility analysis, design coordination, and cost estimating to establish a strong foundation for project success.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of project status reports, communicating progress, risks, and key issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead project closeout activities, ensuring completion of commissioning, documentation, training, and operational readiness.
• Manage projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule parameters, escalating complex risks or deviations as appropriate.
• Coordinate owner-furnished equipment and materials, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), to ensure procurement and delivery align with project schedules.
