Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of construction or capital project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, museum/cultural institutions, nonprofits, or multi-entity structures is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Translate client goals into actionable project plans and drive execution.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including programming, design coordination, and cost estimating.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout delivery.
• Ensure permitting, regulatory requirements, and codes are met the entire process.
