• Translate client goals into actionable project plans and guide execution from design through completion.
• Create and manage budgets, schedules, and execution plans to ensure on‑time, within‑scope, and within‑budget delivery.
• Direct pre‑construction activities including programming, feasibility analysis, site planning, design coordination, and cost estimating.
