Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years managing complex construction or capital projects.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, higher education, museum/cultural institutions, nonprofits, or multi-entity structures is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans; ensure delivery within scope and on budget.
• Oversee on-site construction activities with Construction Managers and teams.
• Provide day-to-day project guidance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
