Job summary

Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) seeks an experienced Project Manager, Construction to lead complex building initiatives in Bentonville, AR. You will translate client goals into actionable plans, manage design through construction, and ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, architects, and contractors, maintaining strict financial controls, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
5–7+ years of experience managing construction or capital projects with proven on-time, on-budget delivery.
PMI/ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from planning to closeout.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
Coordinate pre-construction activities: programming, feasibility, design coordination, estimates.
Oversee on-site construction activities with contractors and internal teams.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to leadership.
