Job summary

All 5’s Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to join our Specialties team. The PM will oversee project planning, cost control, scheduling, and coordination of the project team.

You will work with subcontracts, safety plans, and client communications, supervise engineers and field staff, develop budgets, and ensure on-time delivery and quality across specialty ceilings, acoustical panels, and exterior cladding.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction
• Experience with specialty scopes such as ceilings, acoustical panels, exterior cladding, expansion joints, wall protection, doors & hardware
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Exposure to construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cost reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops project team including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel
• Contributes to budgeting and cost control with the estimating team
• Reviews Prime Contract to ensure understanding and compliance
• Develops project chart of accounts and cost codes
• Creates Master Project Schedule and manages deliveries, change orders, and milestones
• Creates and executes Purchase Orders and logs per procedures
• Maintains project document revisions and safety plan adherence
• Leads project meetings and manages client, vendor, and team relationships
• Manages subcontractor closeout per procedures
• Performs additional duties as assigned
