Job summary

All 5’s Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team in Las Vegas, NV. A Project Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating the project team and taking accountability for all project components and success.

The role requires 3–7 years in construction, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills. This on-site position emphasizes safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with specialty scopes (ceiling, acoustical wall panels, exterior cladding, joints, wall protection, door & hardware).
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
  • Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Exposure to Primavera P6 or other construction scheduling/accounting software.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools.
  • Ability to lead and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and develops direct reports on team, including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel; collaborates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contributes to the estimating team to prepare budgets.
  • Conducts an initial plan review, participates in kickoff, and learns project specifics.
  • Reviews the Prime Contract and ensures requirements are addressed with project controls and procedures.
  • Develops the project chart of accounts with cost codes.
  • Creates Master Project Schedule and manages material deliveries, change orders, and milestones.
  • Creates and executes Purchase Orders and manages PO log.
  • Maintains document revisions and deltas; stays current on project documents.
  • Prepares safety plan and leads adherence to safety procedures.
  • Manages all project costs, budgets, billings, and financials; reports monthly to VP of Operations/clients.
  • Attends, leads, and participates in project meetings; manages relationships with clients, vendors, and team.
  • Manages subcontractor closeouts according to procedures.

All 5’s Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team in Las Vegas, NV!

An All 5’s Specialties Project Manager is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of the project team, and assumes overall responsibility and accountability for all components and success of the project.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises and develops direct reports on team, including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel. Collaborates cohesively with all team members accordingly to ensure smooth operations among all aspects of project.
  • Contributes to the estimating team as required on estimates in order to prepare budgets.
  • Conducts an initial plan review, participates in the project kickoff meeting, and develops a thorough understanding of the project.
  • Reviews the Prime Contract in its entirety and ensures that all requirements and obligations are understood and addressed with project controls, documentation, procedures, etc.
  • Develops the project chart of accounts with cost codes (using standard cost codes).
  • Creates Master Project Schedule and ensures all material deliveries, change orders, and other project milestones are adjusted accordingly to adhere to schedule. Informs project team on all schedule changes.
  • Creates and executes Purchase Orders and Purchase Order log according to standard operating procedures.
  • Conducts ongoing plan reviews of all document revisions, bulletins, and deltas. Maintains a thorough understanding of project documents.
  • Prepares safety plan in coordination with Field Safety Manager, leads by example in adhering to safety plan, and implements safety procedures throughout entire project duration.
  • Assumes responsibility for managing all costs, budgets, billings, and financials on the project. Reports costs to the VP of Operations (and in some cases client) monthly according to the standard cost reporting procedures.
  • Attends, leads, and participates in all project meetings as required.
  • Manages relationships with all the project participants with a consideration towards all potential future opportunities, including clients, vendors, prospective clients, and project team.
  • Manages closeout of all subcontractor contracts according to standard procedures.
  • Performs other duties that may not be listed here but are part of assigned responsibilities.

  • Ability to lead and desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.
