Job summary

All 5's Construction in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an Estimator to join our Specialties team. The role coordinates proposals, budgets, labor, logistics and project schedules to ensure each project meets its cost and timing targets.

The Estimator reports to the Chief Estimator and mentors Junior Estimators. You will review contract documents, prepare quantity surveys, evaluate supplier quotes and finalize estimates for entry into the project accounting system.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of estimating experience in construction.
• Minimum 3 years in estimating with budgeting and labor/labor logistics.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposals, including budgets and schedules.
• Review contract documents and prepare quantity surveys.
• Manage supplier quotations and equipment quotes.
• Develop project cost codes and master schedule.
• Lead plan reviews and inter-department hand-offs.
