Job summary

All 5's Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Project Managers to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team. You will lead project teams, coordinate field and office personnel, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

You will prepare plans, review contracts, manage cost codes, schedules, and procurements, and drive project closeouts. Strong communication, construction knowledge, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in construction.
• High school diploma required.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field, or combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 3 years with specialty scopes such as ceilings, acoustical panels, exterior cladding, expansion joints, wall protection, door & hardware.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops direct reports including Project Engineers and Superintendents.
• Contributes to estimating and budgeting.
• Performs initial plan reviews and participates in kickoff meetings.
• Reviews Prime Contract and ensures requirements are understood and met.
• Develops project chart of accounts and cost codes.
• Creates Master Project Schedule and manages changes to milestones.
• Creates and tracks Purchase Orders and log.
• Maintains project documents and revisions.
• Prepares safety plan with Field Safety Manager and enforces safety procedures.
• Manages costs, budgets, billings, and financial reporting with VP of Operations.
• Leads project meetings and coordinates with clients, vendors, and team.
