Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager for its construction division. This on-site role reports to the Project Executive / Senior Project Manager and will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of field PM experience with a proven ability to read plans and specs, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with safety and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years field PM experience with a construction firm.
• Strong reading of plans and specs; ability to develop scope from plans.
• Experience with insurance compliance and permits is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Chart project objectives and develop plans with performance requirements.
• Oversee construction from design through completion.
• Develop preconstruction tasks with plans, specs, and contractor qualifications.
• Assist in budgets, schedules, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
