Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or similar commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, and overall project performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in preconstruction activities for CMAR and Design-Build projects.
