Job summary

Jobot seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale commercial builds in the Manassas area, from preconstruction through turnover. The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

You will manage schedules, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, drive RFIs and submittals, lead meetings, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Oversee procurement, negotiations, and change management.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure schedule, safety, and quality alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, design teams, and consultants.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive project closeout, commissioning, punch lists, and final documentation.
