Job summary

Congress Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across New England. You will oversee project teams, maintain master schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD/BIM, and office software. Travel flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, contracts, and procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project costs, scheduling, and safety.
• Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD/BIM, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of construction with focus on schedule, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, and control resources for successful project execution and communication with clients, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Create and maintain master project schedules and monitor financial, administrative, and procurement activities.
• Review subcontractor change estimates, administer contracts, and manage monthly AIA requisitions.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and prepare executive status reports.
• Support conceptual and early estimating, budgeting, and pricing, and participate in business development activities.
