Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD to lead large-scale construction programs from inception to completion. You will drive project delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in PM roles within construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar PM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong budgeting and billing support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Present detailed work orders to clients and teams.
• Manage change orders to maintain continuity.
• Support billing and collections processes.
• Coordinate material orders and procurement.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage project logistics, RFIs, budgets, and schedules.
• Utilize Bluebeam for PM tasks.
• Ensure milestones are met within budget and time.
