Qualifications

• Minimum three years related experience preferred.
• Must possess union-specific training.
• Current driver's license required.
• Ability to operate and work with various hand and power tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of laborers and their roles.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Establish work sequences to meet construction schedules using equipment and personnel.
• Analyze schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements.
• Maintain time records and contribute to cost estimates.
• Lead and coach team members and manage performance.
