Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC is seeking an Estimator to organize estimating activities for projects, develop complete estimates, and manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. You will work under the COO to ensure accurate bid development and successful project handoffs.

The role emphasizes reviewing plans, preparing take-offs, coordinating schedules, and assembling detailed proposals for award. This is an on-site opportunity located in New Albany, Indiana.

• Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
