Job summary

You will review drawings, prepare bid packages, set timelines, identify bid items, and attend pre-bid activities as needed. The role requires 3+ years of estimating experience in construction and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three+ years estimating both competitive bid and conceptual budgeting in construction.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and bid documents.
• Develop bid items, quantities take-offs, and complete bid forms.
• Prepare detailed bid summaries and assemble proposal documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and Project Manager for handoff.
