Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial/industrial painting.
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, and/or Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with customers via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional written bids for projects of various size and scope using estimating software.
• Conduct scope analysis verification and pre-bid walkthroughs, and on-site evaluations after award.
• Create accurate proposals with work scope and clarifications/exclusions.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to win bids and drive sales and growth.
