This role will lead daily accounting operations and staff, with exposure to leadership and opportunities to improve processes as the company expands.

Candidates must have seven years of progressive accounting experience, including three years in construction accounting, plus three years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience, including three years in construction accounting.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, job costing, and construction accounting.
• Experience with Texas sales and use tax, AP/treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial close, reconciliations, and GAAP reporting.
• Oversee project accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and Texas tax compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ERP optimization.
• Supervise accounting staff and collaborate with operations teams.
