Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead connectivity and integrations, expanding addressable markets and new workflows for staff-facing and guest-facing capabilities.

You will own end-to-end integration strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and implementations teams to deliver scalable APIs and reliable integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with ownership of platform or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with third‑party system integrations (PMS/CRS/payments).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on APIs and data models.
• Proven track record as a platform PM serving multiple teams.
• Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills linking integration reliability to business outcomes.
• Hospitality technology experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations (PMS/CRS/payments).
• Serve as the platform PM for integrations across Canary products, define shared APIs and reusable frameworks.
• Prioritize integration roadmap based on customer demand and revenue impact.
• Manage integration partners from scoping to certification across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure integrations meet product needs and remain maintainable.
• Define and track integration health metrics (data accuracy, uptime, latency).
• Present the integration roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success.
