Job summary

Canary Technologies Corp seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the Connectivity and Integrations product area. You will expand Canary's addressable market by pursuing new integrations and workflows across staff-facing and guest-facing features.

You will own end-to-end strategy for third‑party integrations, set frameworks, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and implementations teams. A strong technical and hospitality tech background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management owning platform, API, or integration products.
• Hands-on experience with third‑party system integrations (PMS, CRS, or payments) or comparable B2B ecosystems.
• Technical depth to work with APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture.
• Platform PM experience serving multiple internal product teams as customers.
• Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including scoping and certification.
• Strong analytics linking integration reliability and coverage to outcomes.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and align teams without direct authority.
• Hospitality technology experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Canary's third‑party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and other hospitality integrations.
• Serve as the platform product manager for integrations across all Canary products, defining shared APIs and reusable frameworks.
• Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, brand requirements, and revenue impact.
• Own relationships with integration partners including technical scoping, testing, certification, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with product teams to ensure integrations meet product needs while keeping the platform maintainable.
• Define and track integration health metrics such as data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage.
• Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success with clear commitments and timelines.
