Job summary

Kearney's Digital & Analytics practice seeks a Manager to lead Connected Planning delivery, guiding end-to-end planning engagements and shaping value through integrated processes and analytics. You will supervise cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and translate priorities into models using o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder.

Ideal candidates have an MBA and 8+ years in consulting or planning, global project experience, and willingness to relocate to major US hubs.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred and 8+ years in consulting or planning roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end planning (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP).
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms and analytics tools (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Ability to integrate planning data, platforms, and analytics into large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end connected planning projects using digital tools to enable efficient planning processes.
• Serve as day-to-day leader on client engagements and manage workstreams.
• Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools for planning across S&OP/IBP.
