Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Principal in the Digital & Analytics practice to lead agentic procurement transformations for global clients. You will guide multi-workstream engagements, leveraging data science and analytics to optimize source-to-pay processes and drive measurable cost improvements.

Requirements include 10+ years in management consulting or procurement analytics, an advanced degree with MBA preferred, and deep experience with procurement platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or procurement analytics, with Principal level experience.
• End-to-end procurement process expertise: category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, S2P/P2P, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multi-industry transformation programs and managing client relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale agentic procurement transformation programs using multiple platforms to design efficient source-to-pay processes.
• Own executive client relationships and identify opportunities to expand impact.
• Translate priorities into analytical models and digital strategies for sourcing and supplier risk functions.
• Drive business development and participate in pitches across accounts.
• Develop and commercialize thought leadership on autonomous procurement and AI-powered spend analytics.
