Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to our Strategic Operations practice. You will work with clients to define and implement planning strategies that yield short-term wins and long-term competitiveness across the supply chain and operations landscape.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery across planning domains and technology platforms, with substantial travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineers preferred or related work experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Willing to travel 50–80% as needed.
• Must reside within commuting distance of one of the listed Kearney offices.

Responsibilities

• Functional day-to-day planning.
• Demand forecasting.
• Distribution requirements planning.
• Rough cut capacity planning.
• Inventory management.
• SIOP/ S&OP design, implementation and execution.
• E2E planning transformation.
• Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM).
