Job summary

Kearney invites a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital & Analytics practice in the Americas, helping clients translate digital, data, AI, and technology into measurable business value.

You will lead end-to-end transformation engagements, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and develop executive-level recommendations and roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.

Located in or willing to relocate to major U.S. cities, this role emphasizes client-facing delivery and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years’ consulting experience, ideally in top-tier firms or digital-focused organizations.
• Experience supporting business transformation, digital, analytics, or AI initiatives in consulting or industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure analyses and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, user stories, or implementation plans.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, with good judgment on quality and relevance.
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills and ability to work with data scientists and engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support digital, data, AI, and technology transformation engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Assess processes, workflows, and tech capabilities to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Translate priorities into solution concepts, requirements, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases and value realization.
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to shape solutions and support implementation.
• Develop executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops for senior stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research and client delivery while judging output quality.
