Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Manager in its Digital Operations team within the Digital & Analytics (D&A) practice. You will lead supply chain design and optimization initiatives, leveraging data science, optimization, and simulation to deliver measurable client value across industries.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in consulting or data science/analytics roles; management consulting experience required.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (source, plan, make, deliver) across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design & optimization projects.
• Oversee delivery quality and client engagements.
• Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools.
• Work with large datasets and ERP/PLM systems to enable digital transformation.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
• Develop client proposals and shape offerings with practice leadership.
• Drive innovation in optimization, simulation, ML/AI, and digital twin tech.
