Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Dallas is seeking a Lead Conflicts Analyst to coordinate the firm’s conflict of interest resolution process. This role requires advanced conflict searches, research, and clear communication with attorneys and staff to resolve potential conflicts.

You will mentor RM team members, plan daily work, and manage projects while supporting lateral hire clearances and quality assurance across intake workflows. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced conflict searches and contribute to complex projects with limited supervision.
• Review Conflict Results Reports to identify true conflicts for workflow intake.
• Conduct research to determine materiality of potential conflicts.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to clear potential conflicts and document resolutions.
• Mentor RM team members and assist managers in planning and assigning daily tasks.
• Plan coverage for staff absence and coordinate with managers for overtime decisions.
• Track status of workflow requests and ensure quality assurance of packets.
• Support clearance of potential lateral hires as needed.
• Generate regular reports on team goals and achievements.
