The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with DOT bridges, and must represent the company positively. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a foreman or leader in heavy highway/bridge construction.
• Experience on DOT bridges.
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in heavy highway and concrete bridge construction.
• Perform job costing and manage crew schedules.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Travel as required.
